Intro

I’m a UX Research Lead with 12 years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies turn ideas into industry-leading platforms. Throughout my career, I’ve built research teams from scratch, shaped product strategies, and led high-impact research across enterprise and consumer applications. My expertise spans qualitative and mixed methods research, driving data-informed decisions that foster alignment and deliver tangible business outcomes. I’ve held key leadership roles at companies like Meta and SAP, where I introduced user-centric practices, enhanced product experiences, and launched innovative solutions. From driving the redesign of Facebook’s App Navigation system to establishing research frameworks at Intuitive Surgical, I’ve consistently empowered cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results. Beyond my work in research, I enjoy mentoring teams, building international user panels, and pioneering programs that elevate product quality. Want to know more details?
